Warehouse District

The Warehouse District is a 36-block district on the east side of Downtown Los Angeles. It is located between Fourth (on the north) and Eighth (on the south) Streets, San Pedro (on the west) and Alameda (on the east) streets. The District is a manufacturing and wholesale area comprised of mostly, seafood, produce and food services, as well as garment and printing businesses.

Inner-City Arts

Founded in 1989 by Bob Bates and Irwin Jaeger, the facility at 720 Kohler Street serves more than 8,000 students yearly with daily activities and after-school programs. The mission of the school is to provide opportunities in the arts to students of Los Angeles' inner city schools and currently serves 15 schools. Inner-City Arts has won numerous awards including “Oprah's Angel Network”.

Los Angeles Wholesale Produce Market

The wholesale produce market, located at 1601 E. Olympic Blvd. is the hub in the Los Angeles food chain. With major wholesale distributors who sell the products including produce, meat, poultry, fish & flowers.

Little Tokyo Lofts

Located at 420 S. San Pedro, Little Tokyo Lofts has a total of 160 residential lofts. Developed and owned by Peterson and Tansey, the building was converted from the 1930 Westinghouse Elevator Manufacturing Company with open floor lofts ranging from 768 sq. ft. to 1400 sq. ft. www.littletokyolofts.com.

Fisherman's Outlet

A Downtown landmark since 1972, the Fisherman's Outlet at 529 S. Central Avenue serves fresh seafood to 600 people during lunch time and on a busy day over 1,200 dinners.
